• Payments are due within the terms stated (usually within 15–30 days).

• Late payments may incur additional fees or pause project work.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created for your project.

• I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

• Project fees typically include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

• Revisions should be requested within the agreed project timeframe.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to provide high-quality services, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of my work or website.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due.

9. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
